Schedule internal meetings to discuss candidates

Updated over a week ago

Debriefs enable you to schedule internal meetings to discuss a candidate among various stakeholders, such as interviewers and recruiters.

How It Works

Creating a Debrief

You can create a debrief in two places: within a round or directly in a scheduling request.

Once you add a debrief, you'll have the same options to add calendar communication details (minus the candidate communication)

Smart Tags for Debriefs

With debriefs, we have two new smart tags that become available to streamline the attendees.

  • Scheduling Request Interviewers: This smart tag automatically includes all interviewers assigned to the specific scheduling request where the debrief is created.

  • Application Interviewers: This smart tag encompasses all interviewers involved in any scheduling request linked to the candidate's application.

Automatic Updates - Smart tags ensure that the list of interviewers remains up to date, even if interviewers are replaced.

Interviews must be scheduled on the scheduling request before you can schedule the debrief. This allows us to know who the chosen interviewers for that scheduling request is.

This feature streamlines internal candidate discussions by ensuring that all relevant parties are included and kept up to date with minimal manual intervention.
