Setting Up Zoom Host Pools
Step 1: Access Global Settings
Log in to your candidate.fyi account.
Navigate to Global Settings
Step 2: Integrate Zoom
Within Global Settings, find and select Integrations.
Locate the Zoom tab. If your Zoom account is not already connected, follow the prompts to connect it.
Step 3: Enable Zoom Host Pool
Toggle on "Zoom Host Pool Enabled" to activate the Zoom Host Pool feature.
Enter the email addresses of the special Zoom accounts you have set up. These accounts should be the ones upgraded through Zoom to allow up to 20 concurrent meetings.
Using Zoom Host Pools for Scheduling
Step 1: Configure in Rounds or Scheduling Request
When creating or editing a round or scheduling a request, proceed to the section where you define the meeting details.
Step 2: Select Conference Type
For Conference Type, choose "Zoom" from the dropdown menu. This indicates that the meeting will be held via Zoom.
Step 3: Enable Zoom Host Pool for the Meeting
Toggle on "Zoom Host Pool Enabled". This ensures that the meeting is scheduled using one of the special Zoom accounts capable of hosting multiple concurrent meetings.
