The self-scheduling feature empowers candidates to select their interview times by providing them with a unique link that displays available slots. This process is integrated seamlessly with your team's calendars and the candidate.fyi platform to ensure availability is up-to-date and conflicts are avoided.
How It Works
Sending the Unique Link:
The unique link can be distributed to candidates in several ways:
Directly: Send the link directly to the candidate via email or another communication channel.
Via candidate.fyi Email: Utilize candidate.fyi's email system to send the link. A token is available for the unique link
Candidate Portal: For candidates who have access to the candidate portal, the link can be made available within their dashboard for easy access.
Candidate Interaction:
Upon receiving the link, candidates will see a calendar showing the days and times available for interviews. These slots are determined based on the configured availability of the interviewers.
The candidate selects a suitable day and time and submits their choice through the platform.
Confirmation and Calendar Invites:
After the candidate submits their selection, both the candidate and the interviewers will receive calendar invites for the scheduled time. This ensures everyone involved is informed and has the interview blocked off in their calendar.
