The admin interface of candidate.fyi is designed to provide a comprehensive and intuitive user experience for managing candidate.fyi. The interface is segmented into distinct areas, each accessible via icons on the dashboard. Here's a high-level guide on navigating these sections:

Portals (Briefcase Icon)

Located on the left-hand side, the briefcase icon is your gateway to all things related to candidate portals like activating them and managing content.

Scheduling (Calendar Icon)

This icon takes you to the scheduling section where all interview and event scheduling tools are located. It's the control center for coordinating interviews and ensuring seamless integration with your calendar tools.

Pulses (Pulse Icon)

Clicking the pulse icon reveals the pulse surveys and candidate feedback areas. This is where you gather insights from candidates' experiences and perceptions, allowing you to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Data Insights (Insights Icon)

The insights icon opens the analytics and reporting section, where you can view comprehensive data pulled from portals, pulses, and scheduling. This area is key for understanding trends and making data-driven decisions.

Global Settings and Team Members (Cog Icon)

The cog icon leads to the administrative backend where you can adjust global settings and manage team member profiles. This includes organizational branding, integrations, and user role permissions.

Personal Settings (User Profile Icon)
