Enhanced profiles can provide candidates with insights into the people they may work with, including roles, interests, and professional backgrounds.
Building Team Member Profiles
Accessing Team Profiles Configuration
To begin enhancing team profiles, navigate to the 'Portals' tab within your staff portal.
Click on 'Team Profiles'. This area lets you add or edit team member profiles.
Creating a New Team Member Profile
Click the button to 'Create New Team Member'. This opens a form where you can enter the team member's details.
Form Fields Explained
Name: Enter the full name of the team member.
Pronouns: Input the preferred pronouns of the team member to display on their profile.
Profile Image: Click 'Choose File' to upload a profile image. Ensure the file is under 50mb.
Title: Enter the team member's job title.
About: Write a brief description or biography of the team member.
Email: Provide the team member's professional email address.
Departments: Select the department(s) the team member is part of.
Interests: List the team member's professional interests which can also be personal hobbies or activities they are passionate about.
LinkedIn URL: Include a link to the team member's LinkedIn profile for further networking.
Integration with Slack
If you have Slack, the system will automatically pull profile pictures, titles, and pronouns. This integration ensures the profiles are kept up-to-date with any changes in your internal systems.
Viewing Team Member Profiles in the Candidate Portal
Candidate Experience with Profiles
The enhanced profiles are displayed to candidates within the candidate portal under sections like "Your Interviewers" or "Meet The Team".
Candidates can view each team member’s:
Profile picture
Name and title
Listed departments or role
Interests and a short bio
Contact options like LinkedIn

An example profile card for a candidate might read:
Name: Chris Connors

Bio: A summary of their professional approach and personal statement.
