How to Create Content
Creating content within the platform is an important step in making sure that candidates have the best experience possible. There are two different places to create content on the platform. Read on to learn more.
First: Library
When you are in the library, you can create a variety of content blocks and store them for future use.
Import From Library
Once content has been created in the library, go into the "portal" within a job (the yellow button in the top right once you click into a job), then select a stage to start building that specific stage, click "new" on the right-hand side, and then click import from library at the bottom!
Second: Portal Builder
When working with an activated job, you can open the "portal" and start building content by stage. Each stage should always start with a friendly Welcome Message, which will welcome the candidate to the specific stage/interview process. After the Welcome Message, you can start creating content blocks. The portal builder will show a preview of what the candidate sees as you build each content block.
